Digital Products and Purchase Support
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through PersonalTrainingProfits.net, including digital products such as e-books, PDFs, workbooks, templates, and related downloads.
Digital Products
Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final once the download link has been accessed, except where required by law.
If you have trouble accessing your files, we will help. Contact us and include:
- the email address used at checkout
- the product name
- your order receipt or transaction details (if available)
In most cases we can resolve access issues quickly by re-sending links or confirming the correct email.
Duplicate Purchases and Billing Errors
If you were charged more than once for the same product, or you purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the transaction and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
Unauthorized Use and Chargebacks
Digital products are licensed for personal use or internal business use only. You may not share, upload, distribute, resell, or publish any part of a digital product. If we detect unauthorized distribution, we may revoke access. If a chargeback occurs without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we may also revoke access and block future purchases.
